摘要
开展了鱼肉(YR)、猪肝(ZG)、黄豆(HD)和饲料(SL)四种不同饵料对克氏原螯虾养殖水体、抱卵率及卵巢发育指数的试验研究,比较分析了在YR中添加dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯(0.02%)或亚硒酸钠维生素E(0.02%)对克氏原螯虾抱卵率及抱卵时间影响。试验结果显示:YR、ZG组的氨氮值显著高于HD、SL组,溶解氧显著低于HD、SL组(P<0.05);YR组卵巢发育指数显著高于HD、SL组(P<0.05);YR组抱卵率最高(58.33%),SL组抱卵率最低(11.11%),YR和ZG组的抱卵率显著高于HD和SL组(P<0.05);YR中添加dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯或亚硒酸钠维生素E和对照组相比显著提高抱卵率并且短抱卵时间(P<0.05)。YR添加dl-α-生育酚乙酸酯(0.02%)或亚硒酸钠维生素E(0.02%),能促进克氏原螯虾雌虾的卵巢生殖发育,提高抱卵率,缩短抱卵时间。
The effects of fish(YR),pig liver(ZG),soybean(HD)and feed(SL)on water,ovulation rate and ovarian development index of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The effects of adding DL-α-tocopherol acetate(0.02%)or sodium selenite vitamin E(0.02%)to YR on ovulation rate and ovulation time of Procambarus clarkii were compared and analyzed.The results showed as follows:the ammonia nitrogen value in YR and ZG groups was significantly higher than that in HD and SL groups,and the dissolved oxygen was significantly lower than that in HD and SL groups(P<0.05).The ovarian development index in YR group was significantly higher than that in HD and SL groups(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of YR group was the highest(58.33%),and the ovulation rate of SL group was the lowest(11.11%).The ovulation rate of YR and ZG groups was significantly higher than that of HD and SL groups(P<0.05).The addition of DL-α-tocopherol acetate or sodium selenite vitamin E in YR significantly increased the ovulation rate and shorter ovulation time compared with the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of DL-α-tocopherol acetate(0.02%)or sodium selenite vitamin E(0.02%)in YR can promote the ovarian reproductive development,increase the rate of ovulation and shorten the time of ovulation in female Procambarus clarki.
