摘要 目的:建立金莲花药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱,运用化学计量学方法,对不同产地金莲花药材的化学成分差异进行分析,为金莲花全面质量控制和综合利用提供参考。方法:分别采用HPLC、GC法对27批不同产地的金莲花药材进行分析,建立相应的色谱指纹图谱。利用偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)对不同产地金莲花药材的成分差异进行比较。结果:金莲花HPLC指纹图谱有15个共有峰,指认出4个色谱峰。GC色谱指纹图谱有8个共有峰,确认了5个色谱峰。基于PLS-DA分析及变量权重重要性排序(VIP)值,标记出9个对差异贡献较大的成分。结论:此研究建立的HPLC及GC指纹图谱可为金莲花的整体质量评价及控制提供依据。 Objective To establish HPLC and GC fingerprints of Flos Trollii(FT)and analyze the differences of chemical components of FT from different places by chemometrics,so as to provide reference for overall quality control and comprehensive utilization of FT.Methods HPLC and GC were used to analyze 27 batches of FT from different habitats,and the corresponding chromatographic fingerprints were established.Partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)was used to compare the components of FT from different habitats.Results There were 15 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint of FT and four peaks were identified.There were 8 common peaks in GC fingerprint,and 5 peaks were confirmed.Through PLS-DA analysis and VIP value,nine components that make great contribution to the difference are marked.Conclusion The established HPLC and GC fingerprints can provide the basis for the overall quality evaluation and control of FT.
