摘要
目的:编制中医药院校大学生突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养量表并对其信效度进行检验。方法:将前期组建的中医药院校大学生突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养评价指标(3项一级指标,二级指标对应53项测量条目)进行指标转换,形成中医药院校大学生突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养评价量表初版。选取25名专家对量表内容进行两轮专家函询,确定最终调查量表。2022年2月便利选取1231名中医药院校学生进行正式调查并进行信效度分析。结果:专家函询后形成的中医药院校大学生突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养量表包括3个维度,共36个条目,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.914~0.965,验证性因子分析模型拟合χ^(2)/df=4.601,GFI(拟合优度指数)=0.886,AGFI(调整的拟分优度指数)=0.868,CFI(比较拟合指数)=0.951,RMSEA(近似误差均方根)=0.054;各维度的AVE值(平均提取方差值)分别为0.444、0.702、0.713,CR值(组合信度)分别为0.919、0.949、0.967。结论:构建的中医药院校大学生突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评价中医药院校大学生的突发公共卫生事件卫生应急素养水平的依据,为高校对在校学生有针对性地开展相关培训或课程建设提供参考。
Objective:To compile a health emergency literacy scale for college students in colleges of Chinese medicine,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The project team converted the evaluation indicators of health emergency literacy of college students in Chinese medicine colleges(3 first-level indicators and 53 measurement items corresponding to second-level indicators)to form a health emergency literacy evaluation scale for college students in Chinese medicine colleges.Totally 25 experts were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the content of the scale,in order to determine the final survey scale.A total of 1231 students majoring in Chinese medicine were facilitate selected in February 2022 for formal survey and reliability and validity analysis.Results:The Health Emergency Literacy Scale for College Students in College of Chinese Medicine included 3 dimensions with a total of 36 items.The Cronbach'sαof each item was 0.914-0.965,and the confirmatory factor analysis model fitχ^(2)/df=4.601,GFI=0.886,ADFI=0.868,CFI=0.951,RMSEA=0.054.The AVE values of each dimension were 0.444,0.702 and 0.713,respectively.The correlation coefficients between the dimensions were 0.919,0.949 and 0.967,respectively.Conclusion:The constructed Health Emergency Literacy Scale for College Students in Chinese Medicine College has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a basis for evaluating the health emergency literacy level of college students in Chinese medicine colleges.And it can provide a reference for colleges and universities to carry out relevant training or course construction for students.
