摘要
碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与多种疾病密切相关,且ALP被广泛用作酶免疫分析中的标记酶,建立简便、灵敏、准确、高效的ALP活性检测方法对人体健康监测、临床诊断和基础研究都具有重要意义。基于底物或去磷酸化产物发展了多种ALP活性检测方法。着重对近10年发展的用于ALP活性检测的比色法和荧光法策略以及检测机理进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)is closely related to many diseases,and ALP is widely used as a marker enzyme in enzyme immunoassay.The establishment of a simple,sensitive,accurate,and efficient method for detecting ALP activity is of great significance for human health monitoring,clinical diagnosis,and basic research.A variety of ALP activity detection methods have been developed based on substrates or dephosphorylation products.In this paper,we review the strategies and mechanisms of colorimetry and fluorimetry in the past 10 years for ALP activity detection,and put forward their prospects in application.
