基于BIM技术的超大规模设备机房模组优化施工技术的研究

摘要 医用建筑设备机房专业化水平高、洁净要求严格、信息化终端集约程度高,其机电设备安装要求比普通基础设施更高,为提高机电设备管线布置综合平衡的安装调控精度,采用加入BIM技术结合预制化装配式管道构件对设备机房管道模组优化拆分成组处理,分析了BIM技术指导施工现场机电安装实现机电模块化的施工效果。结果表明:对超大规模设备机房的管道施工加入BIM技术和模组优化后,现场施工效率大幅度提高,出错率大大降低,大大提升设备机房整体安装效益和装配精度质量,缩短工期。同时,通过对设备机房管道进行模块化拆分、预制集成化生产、虚拟模仿安装建造过程以及标准流程化安装等一系列措施,使机房管综布置施工更具逻辑性、技术交底更直观清晰、后续流程的施工管理及优化更方便。 The medical building equipment room has a high level of specialization,strict requirements for cleanliness,and a high degree of information terminal intensification.Its mechanical and electrical equipment installation requirements are higher than those of ordinary infrastructure.In order to improve the installation and regulation accuracy of the comprehensive balance of the mechanical and electrical equipment pipeline layout,the BIM Technology Combined with the prefabricated assembly pipeline components is used to optimize and split the pipeline modules in the equipment room into groups,This paper analyzes the construction effect of BIM Technology to guide the electromechanical installation on the construction site to achieve electromechanical modularization.The results show that after BIM Technology and module optimization are added to the pipeline construction of the super large-scale equipment room,the on-site construction efficiency is greatly improved,the error rate is greatly reduced,the overall installation efficiency and assembly accuracy quality of the equipment room are greatly improved,and the construction period is shortened.At the same time,through a series of measures such as modular splitting,prefabrication and integrated production,virtual imitation of installation and construction process and standard process installation of pipes in the equipment room,the comprehensive layout and construction of the equipment room are more logical,the technical disclosure is more intuitive and clear,and the construction management and optimization of subsequent processes are more convenient.
