基于正交设计的真空灭弧室电场特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用有限元法对12 kV真空灭弧室的电场特性进行了单因素分析,结合SPSS软件对其进行了正交回归分析,选取触头圆倒角、触头开距、主屏蔽罩半径、主屏蔽罩卷边半径、主屏蔽罩卷边角度和主屏蔽罩坡度这6个主要参数进行综合优化研究。得到了电场特性和设计参数之间的回归方程,找出了影响电场特性的显著因素。研究结果表明:触头圆倒角和触头开距对真空灭弧室典型点的电场强度有高度显著影响,主屏蔽罩半径对真空灭弧室典型点的电场强度有显著影响;触头圆倒角和触头开距对真空灭弧室触头处最大电场强度有显著影响;主屏蔽罩卷边半径和主屏蔽罩坡度对真空灭弧室瓷壳处沿面电场分量最大场强有显著影响。研究结果可为真空灭弧室的小型化提供理论依据。 The finite element method is used for single-factor analysis,and in combination with SPSS software,orthogonal regression analysis of electric field characteristics of 12 kV vacuum interrupter.Six main parameters as contact round chamfer,contact clearance,radius of main shield,curl radius of main shield cover,curl angle of main shield and the slope of the main shield are selected for comprehensive optimization study.The regression equation between the electric field characteristics and the design parameters is obtained,and the significant factors affecting the electric field characteristics are identified.The research results indicate that the contact round chamfer and the contact clearance have a highly significant impact on the electric field intensity at typical points of the vacuum interrupter,and the radius of main shield has a significant effect on the electric field intensity at typical points of the vacuum interrupter.The contact round chamfer and the contact clearance have a significant impact on the maximum electric field intensity at the contact of the vacuum interrupter.The curling radius of the main shield and the slope of the main shield have an remarkable effect on the maximum electric field intensity along the surface of the vacuum interrupter’s ceramic shell.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the miniaturization of the vacuum interrupter.
