摘要
以GW16型隔离开关为研究对象,搭建高低温试验平台,研究环境温度变化对GW16型隔离开关机械特性的影响程度,通过对动静触头相对位置、动静触头接触压力、回路电阻、平衡弹簧力值、操作机构扭矩和操作机构输出角度的试验研究,掌握了环境温度对GW16型隔离开关机械特性的影响规律,并根据GW16型隔离开关结构特点,提出了高低温条件下的隔离开关稳定性提升方法,为进一步优化和提高GW16型隔离开关的性能提供技术支持。
Type GW16 disconnector is taken as the research object,and the influence extent of ambient temperature variation on the mechanical characteristics of GW16 disconnector is studied by setting up a high and low temperature test platform.The influence of the ambient temperature on the mechanical characteristic of type GW16 disconnector is mastered by way of test study of such aspects as relative position of the moving and stationary contact,the contacting pressure of the moving and stationary contacts,circuit resistance,force of the balance spring,torque of operating mechanism and the output angle of operating mechanism and,on the basis of the structural characteristic of type GW16 disconnector,the stability improvement method of the disconnector at high and low temperature condition is proposed,which provides technical support for optimizing and improving the performance of GW16 disconnector further.
