摘要
中间接头是10 kV电缆故障的主要部位,加装防爆盒能有效避免10 kV电缆短路事故的蔓延。针对现有10 kV电缆中间接头防爆盒结构设计盲目性的问题,提出了一种基于响应曲面法的10 k V电缆中间接头防爆盒结构优化方法。首先,以钢筒内爆炸动力响应为对象,采用显示动力学软件Ls_dyna进行了仿真计算,通过对比试验结果验证了Ls_dyna软件对爆炸冲击模型计算的准确性;其次,以含泄压孔防爆盒爆心环面形变量为因变量,基于响应面试验设计方法开展了参数敏感性分析,结果表明:端头直径与壳体厚度是两个显著影响参数;然后,构建了爆心环面形变量峰值、封头中心应力峰值和防爆盒重量加权的评价函数,分析得到了评价函数响应曲面最小值对应的最优端头直径与壳体厚度;最后,重新建立内爆炸动力响应仿真模型并开展短路燃弧试验,验证了优化结果的正确性。研究结果可为电缆中间接头防爆盒结构的优化设计提供参考。
The intermediate joint is the main fault position of 10 kV cable,and the installation of explosion-proof box can effectively avoid short circuit development of 10 kV cable.In view of the blindness on the structure design of intermediate joint of existing 10 kV cable,a kind of structure optimization method of explosion proof box of 10 kV cable intermediate joint based on the response surface method is proposed.Firstly,the explosive dynamic response in a steel cylinder is taken as the object,the simulation using the software Ls_dyna is performed,and the accuracy of the explosion impact calculation model is verified by comparing with experimental results.Secondly,the deformation deviation of explosion center torus in an explosion-proof box with pressure relief holes is taken as the dependent variable,parameter sensitivity analysis is performed by means of response surface test design method.The results show that the diameter of end section and thickness of box are the two main influence factors.Then,an evaluation function of the peak deformation deviation of explosion center torus,the peak stress of head center and the weight of explosion-proof box is set up,thus the optimal values of the diameter of end section and thickness of box corresponding to the minimum of response is obtained.Finally,a simulation model of internal explosive dynamic response is rebuilt and a short-circuit arcing test is carried out to verify the correctness of optimization results.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization design for the structure of the explosion-proof box of the intermediate joint of cable.
