摘要
聚合物透水混凝土作为一种海绵城市建设的重要材料,在道路修建中有着广泛的应用前景。该研究采用聚合物粉料取代水泥,根据经验按照体积法给出了聚合物透水混凝土的多种配合比设计,并利用实验的方法对比分析了水灰比、计算孔隙率对混凝土试块抗压强度、抗折强度和透水系数的影响,最后利用SEM对最佳配合比下试块进行了微观结构观察。结果表明,当混凝土试块计算孔隙率为20%、水灰比为0.3时,混凝土试块的28d龄期抗压强度为32.8MPa,抗折强度为9MPa,透水系数为2.6mm/s,达到抗压强度大于30MPa、抗折强度大于8MPa、透水系数大于2.5mm/s的目标值,该组参数即为透水混凝土的最佳配合比。
As an important material of sponge city construction,polymer permeable concrete has a wide application prospect in road construction.The cement was replaced by polymer powder in this study.Based on experience and volume method,various mix designs of polymer permeable concrete were given.The influence of water-cement ratio and calculated porosity on compressive strength,flexural strength and permeability coefficient of concrete test block was analyzed.Finally,the microstructure of the test block under the best mix proportion was observed by SEM.The results show that the 28-day compressive strength of the concrete test block is 32.8 MPa,theflexural strength is 9 MPa,and the permeability coefficient is 2.6 mm/s when the calculated porosity of concrete test block is 20%and the water-cement ratio is 0.3.It reaches the target values,that are 30 MPa of compressive strength,8MPa offlexural strength and 2.5 mm/s of permeability coefficient respectively.The above group of parameters is the best mix ratio of permeable concrete.
