过硫酸氢钾制备MnO_(2)-MnOOH催化降解罗丹明B

摘要 以过硫酸氢钾和氯化锰为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了MnO_(2)-MnOOH异质结复合材料,采用XRD、XPS、TEM等方法对其进行了表征;以罗丹明B为目标污染物,考察了初始溶液pH、MnO_(2)-MnOOH加入量、过硫酸氢钾加入量、罗丹明B初始质量浓度对MnO_(2)-MnOOH催化降解罗丹明B效果的影响。实验结果表明:在初始溶液pH 4.0、MnO_(2)-MnOOH加入量0.2 g/L、过硫酸氢钾加入量0.650 mmol/L、罗丹明B溶液初始质量浓度50 mg/L的优化条件下催化反应30 min后,罗丹明B去除率为97.7%。催化反应过程中的主要活性基团是·OH和^(1)O_(2)。 A series of MnO_(2)-MnOOH heterojunction composite materials were prepared by co-precipitation method using potassium monopersulfate and manganese chloride as raw materials.The composites were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM and other detection methods.The effects of initial solution pH,MnO_(2)-MnOOH amount,KHSO5 amount,and initial mass concentration of Rhodamine B on catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B were investigated.The experimental results show that:Under the optimal conditions of initial solution pH 4.0,MnO_(2)-MnOOH amount 0.2 g/L,KHSO5 amount 0.650 mmol/L and initial mass concentration of Rhodamine B 50 mg/L,the removal rate of Rhodamine B is 97.7%.The main active groups in the reaction are·OH and(1)O_(2).
