摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘方法分析钟广玲治疗痹病肝肾阴虚证用药规律。方法 分析钟广玲教授2019年1月1日-2022年6月30日于广州中医药大学附属佛山中医院治疗的痹病肝肾阴虚证患者资料,建立病案数据库,利用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对用药频次、性味归经进行统计,使用SPSS Modeler 18.0和Cytoscape3.9.1对药物进行关联规则分析,对频次排名前30位的高频药物进行系统聚类,挖掘核心药物组成。结果 共筛选出处方121首,使用中药156味,总频次1 651次。使用频次前5位的中药分别为当归、牛膝、白芍、桑寄生、甘草;药性多温、平,药味多以甘、苦、辛为主,归肝、肾、脾经最多。关联规则分析得到42个药物组合,2、3、4味药物关联组合代表分别为当归→桑寄生,熟地黄、桑寄生→当归,熟地黄、桑寄生、牛膝→当归;聚类分析得到9组核心药物。结论 钟广玲教授治疗痹病肝肾阴虚证以补肝肾、强筋骨为基,活血化瘀为要,辅以补气、养血、滋阴、温阳之法。
Objective To explore the medication law of Zhong Guangling in the treatment of arthralgia with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome based on data mining.Methods The medical records of patients of arthralgia with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome attending Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to June 30,2022 were systematically analyzed,and the records database was established.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to conduct statistics on medication frequency,sexual taste,and meridian distribution.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Cytoscape 3.9.1 were used to analyze the association rules of the drugs;the top 30 high-frequency drugs in terms of frequency were systematically clustered to explore their core drug composition.Results A total of 121 prescriptions with 156 kinds of Chinese materia medica were screened,with a total frequency of 1651 times.The top five kinds of Chinese materia medica in terms of frequency were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,Taxilii Herba,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma;the properties were mainly warm and mild,and the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver,kidney,and spleen meridians.Association rule analysis yielded 42 drug combinations,with 2,3,and 4 drug association combinations representing Angelicae Sinensis Radix→Taxilii Herba,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Taxilii Herba→Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Taxilii Herba→Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Taxilii Herba,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix.9 groups of core drugs were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion Professor Zhong Guangling’s treatment of arthralgia with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome always insists on nourishing the liver and kidney,strengthening the muscles and bones,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and supplementing with methods to tonify qi,nourish blood,nourish yin and warm yang.
