摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是常见的生殖内分泌疾病,赵颖教授认为PCOS病位在胞宫,以少阴虚损为发病基础,厥阴气化不利为关键病机,病症涉及上下表里,形成阴阳错杂、寒热混淆、虚实相兼之象,治疗以寒温并用、补虚泻实、燮理阴阳为总治则,灵活运用乌梅丸、当归四逆汤及加吴茱萸生姜汤、温经汤、少腹逐瘀汤等厥阴病方加减,临床收效甚佳。本文总结赵颖教授从厥阴病辨治PCOS经验,并附验案1则,为治疗PCOS提供新思路。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical reproductive endocrine disorder.Professor Zhao Ying believed that the location of PCOS is the uterus,and the pathogenesis basis is based on the deficiency of Shaoyin.The key pathogenesis is the adverse qi movement of Jueyin.The symptoms involved the upper and lower levels,the exterior and the inner parts,and form the disorder of yin and yang,the confusion of cold and heat,and the combination of deficiency and excess.In terms of treatment,the combination of cold and heat,reinforcing deficiency and reducing accumulation,regulating yin and yang are the general treatment principles.Prescriptions for Jueyin disease,such as Wumei Pills,Danggui Sini Decoction,Jia Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Decoction,Wenjing Decoction,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,are flexibly used,with good clinical efficacy.This article summarized Professor Zhaoying’s treatment experience for PCOS with one medical case,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of PCOS.
