摘要
目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定牙膏中铅元素含量的方法。方法:筛选优化样品前处理所用稀释液的组成和用量,采用石墨炉直接进样法测定牙膏中铅的含量。结果:所建方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991;重复性试验的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~3.8%;高、低浓度加标回收率范围为95.3%~106.1%,该方法最低检出浓度为0.0099mg/kg。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、准确可靠,适用于大批次牙膏样品中铅含量的测定。
Objective:A method for the determination of lead in toothpaste by graphite furnace atomic absorption was established.Methods:The composition and concentration of diluent used in sample pretreatment were screened and optimized.A graphite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometry-Direct Injection method was used to determine the content of lead in toothpaste.Results:The results show that the calibration curve showed a good linearity,and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is over 0.9991 for lead elements.RSD of repeatability test ranges from 1.9%~3.8%.The recovery of high and low concentration ranges from 95.3%~106.1%.The minimum detection limit of this method was 0.0099 mg/kg.Conclusion:The method is easy operation,specific,rapid,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of lead content in large batches of toothpaste samples.
