摘要
本文采用连续流生物膜反应器进行了中浓度模拟氨氮废水稳定亚硝化的研究,本研究基于游离氨(FA)对于亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)的抑制实现了中浓度模拟氨氮废水稳定亚硝化。研究发现,单一地通过提高进水pH的做法能够实现对NOB一定程度上的抑制但无法完全抑制,同时进水pH提高到一定阈值后反应器无法正常运行。而提高进水pH与升温运行的操作,不仅能够提高FA浓度,同时可以避免过高的pH对氨氧化菌(AOB)产生抑制,最终通过两周的运行将NOB淘洗出反应器启动了亚硝化,随后恢复室温运行依然能实现稳定亚硝化获得适合厌氧氨氧化反应器处理的进水。
In this paper,continuous flow biofilm reactor was used to study the stable nitrification of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater at medium concentration.Based on the inhibition of nitrite-oxidizing bacteria(NOB)by free ammonia(FA),the stable nitrification of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater at medium concentration was realized.It is found that NOB can be inhibited to a certain extent but not completely by simply increasing influent pH.At the same time,the reactor cannot operate normally when influent pH is raised to a certain threshold.The operation of increasing the influent pH and heating up not only increased the FA concentration,but also avoided the inhibition of(AOB)by too high pH.Finally,the NOB was panned out of the reactor after two weeks of operation to start nitrification,and then the operation at room temperature was resumed to achieve stable nitrification and obtain influent suitable for anaerobic ammox reactor treatment.
