氨基酸水溶肥对毛桃幼苗氮、磷和钾吸收的影响

Effects of Amino Acid Water-Soluble Fertilizer on Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Uptakes of Wild Peach Seedlings

摘要 为促进桃树对养分的吸收,通过盆栽试验,研究了喷施不同浓度(600倍液、900倍液、1 200倍液和1 500倍液)的氨基酸水溶肥对毛桃幼苗氮、磷、钾吸收的影响,以筛选适宜毛桃幼苗养分吸收的氨基酸水溶肥浓度。结果表明,不同浓度的氨基酸水溶肥均较对照提高了毛桃幼苗根系、茎杆、叶片以及地上部分的全磷和全钾含量,其中浓度为1 500倍液的氨基酸水溶肥处理效果最佳。与对照相比,浓度为1 500倍液的氨基酸水溶肥处理的毛桃幼苗根系、茎杆、叶片及地上部分全磷含量分别增加了81.84%、93.27%、45.79%和58.13%,全钾含量分别增加了43.10%、44.29%、53.96%和48.51%,但氨基酸水溶肥对毛桃幼苗的全氮含量没有提高作用。氨基酸水溶肥的施用使土壤pH和碱解氮含量降低,有效磷和速效钾含量升高。可见,氨基酸水溶肥可以促进毛桃幼苗对磷和钾的吸收。 In order to promote the nutrient absorption of peach trees,pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of spraying different concentrations of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer(600,900,1200 and 1500-fold dilution)on the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium uptakes of wild peach seedlings,to screen out the most suitable concentration of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer for nutrient absorption of wild peach seedlings.The results showed that compared to the control,different concentrations of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer increased the contents of total phosphorus and total potassium in roots,stems,leaves and aboveground parts of wild peach seedlings,and the highest concentration of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer was 1500-fold dilution.The concentration of 1500-fold dilution amino acid water soluble fertilizer increased the total phosphorus content in roots,stems,leaves and aboveground parts of wild peach seedlings by 81.84%,93.27%,45.79%and 58.13%,and total potassium content by 43.10%,44.29%,53.96%and 48.51%,respectively,compared with the control.However,the amino acid water and fertilizer solution did not increase the total nitrogen content of wild peach seedlings.Therefore,amino acid water soluble fertilizer can promote the absorption of phosphorus and potassium in wild peach seedlings.Application of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer decreased the soil pH and soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen concentration,and increased the soil available phosphorus and soil available potassium concentrations.
