摘要
为了解决选煤厂管网难以实现流量监测的问题,基于当前选煤厂管网流量监测的现状,从系统架构、流量计选型、数据采集与传输、软件设计四方面介绍了选煤厂管网流量监测系统的搭建要点,从而为选煤厂根据自身需求建立管网流量监测系统提供参考,促进选煤企业实现智能洗选。
Aiming to overcome the difficulty of carrying out pipe line flow monitoring in coal preparation plants,the paper starts with an elaboration on the current situation in pipe flow monitoring in coal preparation plants and then goes to introduce the four focal points in making up the flow monitoring system,from the perspective of system structure,selection of flowmeters,data acquisition and transmission,and software design.The study made in the paper can serve as a reference for coal preparation plants to develop such a pipe network flow monitoring system in line with their specific requirements,and for stepping up intelligentization of coal washing operations.
