摘要
“药物合成技术”课程是我校药品生产技术专业的职业技能课程。总结我校课程教学现状,存在教学模式滞后,教学内容创新不足,考核方式单一等问题。深入药物生产企业调研,设置药物合成岗位真实情景,以项目“对乙酰氨基酚的小量实验室合成”为例,从教学任务分解、考核方案、教学实施过程等方面探讨本课程项目化教学,注重实践能力培养,完善教学内容的实施流程,建立多元评价体系,提升教学质量和学生的职业技能。
Pharmaceutical Synthesis Technology is a professional skills course for the major of drug production technology in our school.Summarizing the current teaching situation of the course in our school,there are problems such asbackward teaching mode,lacking of innovation in teaching content,single assessment method,etc.Based on investigating the phar⁃maceutical manufacturing enterprises,setting up the real situation of pharmaceutical synthesis post,taking the small amount of laboratory synthesis of paracetamol completed by the project as an example,explore the project teaching of this course from the aspects of teaching task decomposition,assessment scheme,teaching implementation process.We pay at⁃tention to the cultivation of practical ability,improve the implementation process of teaching content,and establish a diver⁃sified assessment system to improve the teaching quality and students′ability of pharmaceutical synthesis post.
