摘要
对气压挤出式3D打印陶瓷工艺进行探索,为现代陶瓷灯具产品设计迈向参数化、智能化与定制化发展提供可行性研究路径。通过对比现有陶瓷灯具制造过程中存在的问题,分析3D打印陶瓷工艺的技术优势,从灯具产品设计制造整体流程,探讨气压挤出式3D打印技术在陶瓷灯具设计中的运用方法,结合计算机辅助设计、三维扫描与虚拟仿真等技术,计算得出陶瓷灯具缩水率及产品风格类型。相较于传统制陶工艺,3D打印陶瓷工艺具有制造数字化、造型自由化与个性定制化的工艺优势,产品形态主要为规则几何、不规则扭曲、交错填充、仿生形态这四种类型。借助气压挤出式3D打印陶瓷工艺对陶瓷灯具产品制作方法、模式及造型进行创新,将现代技术与传统陶瓷行业有机结合,跟随时代消费需求和销售模式的转变进行生产,为陶瓷产业发展提供了新的参考。
To explore the pneumatic extrusion 3D printing ceramic technology,this paper aims to provide a feasible research path for the development of modern ceramic lighting product design towards parameterization,intelligence and customization.By comparing the existing problems in the manufacturing process of ceramic lamps and lanterns,the technical advantages of 3D printing ceramic technology were analyzed,and the application methods of pneumatic extrusion 3D printing technology in the design of ceramic lamps and lanterns were discussed from the overall design and manufacturing process of lamps and lanterns.The shrinkage rate and product style type of ceramic lamps are calculated.Compared with the traditional pottery process,the 3D printing ceramic process has the advantages of manufacturing digitalization,modeling liberalization and personalized customization.The product forms mainly include regular geometry,irregular distortion,staggered filling and bionic form.With the help of pneumatic extrusion 3D printing ceramic technology,the manufacturing method,mode and shape of ceramic lamps are innovated.The modern technology is organically combined with the traditional ceramic industry,and the production is carried out in line with the changes of consumption demand and sales mode of the times,which provides a new reference for the development of ceramic industry.
