摘要
目的对比选用光固化树脂与玻璃离子修复龋齿的效果及对菌斑数的影响。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月清流县总医院收治的82例龋齿患者按照意愿分为2组,给予对照组(41例)患者玻璃离子水门汀充填,给予观察组(41例)患者光固化复合树脂充填,观察患者咀嚼功能、疼痛程度、牙齿相关指标、修复效果及不良事件发生率等指标水平变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者咀嚼功能评分较对照组更高,观察组患者VAS水平较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组患者牙龈出血指数与菌斑指数水平均较对照组更低,观察组牙齿松动数水平较对照组更高(P<0.05);2组修复优良率分别为80.48%、95.12%,观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);2组不良事件总发生率分别为24.39%、4.87%,观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论龋齿患者修复中选用光固化复合树脂充填,可降低菌斑指数,提高修复效果,且不良事件发生率较小,可获得更理想的临床治疗有效性。
Objective To compare the effects of light-cured resin and glass ionomer cement on dental caries and plaque count.Methods A total of 82 dental caries patients admitted to the QingLiu County General Hospital from August 2019 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according to their wishes.The patients in the control group(41 cases)were given cement glass ionomer filling,the patients in the Observation Group(41 cases)were filled with light-cured composite resin to observe the changes of masticatory function,pain degree,tooth related index,repair effect and adverse event rate.Results After treatment,the masticatory function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of gingival bleeding index and plaque index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of tooth looseness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the two groups were 80.48%and 95.12%respectively,the total incidence of adverse events in the two groups was 24.39%and 4.87%respectively,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of light-cured composite resin in dental restorations can reduce plaque index,improve the results of dental restorations,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
