超声波相控阵检测钢混组合结构界面饱满度研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了超声波射线在钢-混凝土组合结构中的传播规律,提出了考虑折射的超声波射线路径追踪方法。通过分析等间距传感器接收首波的延迟时间,提出推断系统延迟的直接估算方法。分别制作界面预埋缺陷与界面饱满的钢板混凝土模型,采用多种超声波频率对室内模型进行超声波相控阵检测。结果表明:因缺陷遮挡了混凝土内部缺陷的微弱信号,难以发生绕射现象,缺陷部位的超声波相控阵图像高亮区域对频率较不敏感。在现场检测钢壳混凝土结构的界面浇筑质量中发现了部分缺陷区域,经现场切割验证了超声波相控阵排查缺陷的可行性。 The propagation law of ultrasonic rays in steel-concrete composite structures is studied,and the path tracing method of ultrasonic rays considering refraction is proposed.By analyzing the delay time of the first wave received by equidistant sensors,a direct estimation method for inferring system delay is proposed.Produce steel plate concrete models with pre embedded defects and full interfaces respectively,and use multiple ultrasonic frequencies to conduct ultrasonic phased array detection on the indoor model.The results show that due to the defects blocking the weak signal of internal defects in the concrete,diffraction phenomenon is difficult to occur,and the highlighted area of the ultrasonic phased array image at the defect location is less sensitive to frequency.During the on-site inspection of the interface pouring quality of the steel shell concrete structure,some defect areas were found,and the feasibility of ultrasonic phased array defect detection was verified through on-site cutting.
