摘要
以芳村大道南快捷化改造工程为依托,研究装配式桥梁预制构件吊耳的应用。装配式桥梁预制构件吊耳经多种方案,通过BIM深化设计,分析了拆模起吊和安装起吊的受力情况,设计研究出一种技术先进、安全可靠、装配高效的起吊吊耳,为装配式建造项目相关预制件的建造奠定了良好的基础,为该项目的高质量建造创造了有利的条件。城市桥梁采用装配式建造施工可节省项目人工成本,集约材料用量,减少施工周边环境污染,助力建筑业转型升级,推动制造企业高质量、高标准、高效率发展。项目研究成果,通过采用ansys、revit等软件进行有限元、BIM技术深化分析吊装时所产生的碰撞、摩擦、弯曲对吊耳材料的伤害,分别选用了钢棒穿心法、相对面装吊耳法、构件顶部钢绞线法。装配式桥梁预制构件吊耳设计研究与应用有助于推进装配式建造技术的创新及发展,有很大的推广价值,可广泛用于公路桥梁、地铁隧道、综合管廊等大型预制构件的安装,为大体积混凝土预制工程装配式建造施工提供了较高参考价值。
Based on the rapid reconstruction project of Fangcun Avenue South,the application of prefabricated bridge lifting lug is studied.Prefabricated built-up bridge lug through the BIM design analysis of many alternatives to lifting and installation of lifting force,dismantle the design research a kind of advanced technology,safe and reliable,efficient lifting lug assembly of prefabricated building project construction of the relevant fabrication laid a good foundation,built for the project quality has created favorable conditions.The prefabricated construction of urban Bridges can save project labor costs,intensive material consumption,reduce environmental pollution around construction,help the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and promote the high-quality,high standard and efficient development of manufacturing enterprises.As a result of"Research and Application of the lifting lug Design of prefabricated Bridge Components",by using ansys,revit and other software to carry out the finite element and BIM technology to deepen the analysis of the damage to the lifting lug materials caused by the collision,friction and bending during lifting,the steel rod through the center method,the relative surface mounting of the lifting lug method and the steel strand method at the top of the component are selected respectively.Prefabricated built-up bridge lug design research and application could help promote the prefabricated construction technology innovation and development,has a great promotion value,which can be widely used in highway Bridges,underground tunnels,the installation of composite pipe rack and other large prefabricated,assembled to build the construction of mass concrete precast engineering has higher reference value and demonstration leading role.
