摘要
中空玻璃的提前失效现象在工程中经常出现,被业界广泛关注。由于影响中空玻璃耐久性的因素众多、机理复杂,国内外学者对此进行了大量研究。本文在明确给出中空玻璃失效定义的基础上,从玻璃面板、间隔条、干燥剂、气体层和密封胶等五个方面介绍了中空玻璃耐久性的最新研究成果,介绍了国内外相关规范的规定要求,并分析了当前研究存在的不足,最后展望了未来研究工作需重点关注的方向,旨在为中空玻璃设计与性能评估提供参考。
The phenomenon of premature failure of insulating glass often occurs in the project and is widely concerned by construction industry.Due to the many factors affecting the durability of insulating glass and the complex mechanism,scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on it.On the basis of clearly giving the definition of insulating glass failure,the latest research results on the durability of insulating glass from five aspects,such as glass panel,spacer,desiccant,gas layer and sealant are introduced,the requirements of relevant norms at home and abroad are presented,and the shortcomings of the current research are analyzed.Finally,it looks forward to the direction that future research work needs to focus on,aiming to provide a reference for the design and performance evaluation of insulating glass.
