摘要
“打油茶”是我国西南地区山地民族的传统饮食习俗,经过长期地继承和发展,如今在湘桂黔边民族地区形成了独特的油茶文化,并已融入到人们生活的各个方面。以生态人类学为理论视角,通过文献分析和实地调研发现,“打油茶”不仅是环境适应的产物,还是社会交往的媒介,能促进人与人的和谐交往以及人与自然的和谐共生,体现了山地民族“与天地和”“与人和”等生态哲学理念。深入挖掘油茶文化的生态哲学智慧价值,将其同现代社会发展和生态文明建设需求相对接,这对于油茶文化的延续和传承以及构建和谐社会与生态保护都具有重要意义。
"Eating camellia tea"is a traditional dietary custom among the mountainous ethnic groups in the southwest region of China.After long-term inheritance and development,a unique camellia culture has been formed in the ethnic areas of Hunan,Guangxi and Guizhou,which has been integrated into all aspects of people's life.From the perspective of ecological anthropology,through literature analysis and field research,it is found that"eating camellia tea"is not only a product of environmental adaptation,but also a medium of social interaction.It can promote the harmonious communication between people,and realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It embodies the ecological philosophy of mountain people as"harmony with nature"and"harmony among people".Delving deep into the ecological philosophical wisdom of the camellia culture and aligning it with the needs of modern social development and ecological civilization construction has significant implications for the preservation and continuity of the camellia culture,as well as for building a harmonious society and ecological protection.
