南瓜型超压气球的结构优化设计

摘要 南瓜型超压气球在高空探测领域有着良好的应用前景。为了对现有南瓜型超压气球进行结构优化,首先对滑动索膜结构的南瓜型超压气球设计方案进行了讨论,并对其进行了结构设计和参数分析,得到不同径向收缩量下的超压气球初始设计方案;然后利用椭圆曲线和B样条曲线对初始鼓包外形进行曲线修正和仿真计算。仿真结果显示,对称B样条曲线优化方案的优化效果更好。 Pumpkin type super pressure balloon has good application prospect in high space exploration.In order to optimize the structure of the existing pumpkin type overpressure balloon,the design scheme of sliding cable film pumpkin type overpressure balloon are discussed,and its structure design and parameter are analyzed.The initial design scheme of overpressure balloon under different radial shrinkage is obtained.Then elliptic curve and B-spline curve are used to correct and simulate the initial bulge shape.The results show that the optimization effect of symmetric B-spline curve is relatively better.
