风荷载作用下输电铁塔承载性能建模分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确风荷载对输电铁塔承载性能的影响,通过建模分析风荷载作用下输电铁塔的承载性能。应用ANSYS有限元软件自底向上建立输电铁塔有限元模型;选取节点耦合方式模拟联结螺栓,设置输电铁塔转动的约束条件;结合输电铁塔中钢材的非线性特征,分析钢材出现塑性变形情况时的应力状态;计算输电铁塔风荷载与风振系数,分析风荷载作用下输电铁塔的承载性能。模拟结果表明,该模型可将风荷载标准值平均分配至不同塔段节点上,能够有效分析风荷载对输电铁塔承载性能的影响。风荷载作用造成输电铁塔整体弯曲变形;施加的风荷载越高,输电铁塔抵抗结构变形的水平越差;风向为60°时,输电铁塔高度位移变化最大,极限承载力最小。 In order to clarify the impact of wind load on the load-bearing performance of transmission towers,the load-bearing performance of transmission towers under wind load is analyzed through modeling.Apply ANSYS to establish the transmission tower from bottom to top,it selects the node coupling method to simulate the connection bolts,and sets the constraint conditions for the rotation of the transmission tower;Based on the nonlinear characteristics of steel in transmission towers,it analyzes the stress state of steel when plastic deformation occurs,calculates the wind load and wind vibration coefficient of the transmission tower,and analyzes the bearing performance of the transmission tower under wind load.The simulation results show that the model can evenly distribute the standard values of wind load to different tower nodes,and can effectively analyze the impact of wind load on the load-bearing performance of transmission towers.Wind load causes overall bending deformation of the transmission tower;The higher the applied wind load,the poorer the resistance level of the transmission tower to structural deformation;When the wind direction is 60°,the height displacement of the transmission tower changes the maximum and the ultimate bearing capacity is the minimum.
