摘要
目的探讨关节镜微创技术在膝骨关节骨创伤治疗中的作用。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月期间于麻城市人民医院接受诊治的100例膝骨关节骨创伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采取传统常规治疗,观察组患者施以关节镜微创技术治疗。分析并比较两组患者的临床疗效、术中情况、平均住院时间及下地时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组治愈率96.00%明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。两组术中出血量、术中用时、切口长度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组平均住院时间、平均下地时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组疼痛评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术能够有效的提高临床疗效,减少术中出血量以及术中用时,缩小切口长度,缩短平均住院时间以及下地时间,有效缓解疼痛,显著改善了并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee joint trauma.Methods 100 patients with knee joint bone trauma who received treatment at Macheng City People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a con⁃trol group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients received traditional conventional treatment,while the observation group patients received minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment.Ana⁃lyzed and compared the clinical efficacy,intraoperative condition,average hospital stay and down time,pain score,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results The cure rate of 96.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume,intraoperative time,and inci⁃sion length between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the average length of stay and average length of stay between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores of both groups de⁃creased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive technology can effectively im⁃prove clinical efficacy,reduce intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative time,reduce incision length,shorten the av⁃erage hospital stay and time on the ground,effectively relieve pain,and significantly improve the incidence of complications.
