摘要
目的分析血清肌酐/血清胱抑素(serum creatinine/serum cystatin,SI)对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)合并肌少症的预测价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月宜兴市人民医院收治的100例COPD患者,50例COPD合并肌少症患者归为观察组,50例COPD无肌少症患者归为对照组。对比两组血清肌酐、血清胱抑素、SI,分析SI对老年COPD合并肌少症的预测效果。结果观察组血清肌酐(0.95±0.26)mg/dl、血清胱抑素(1.31±0.36)mg/L、SI(77.21±18.14)水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.783、3.324、7.129,P<0.05)。SI诊断(AUC=0.889,P<0.05)、灵敏度为0.895、特异度为0.934。结论SI对老年COPD患者预测肌少症的灵敏度及特异度均较高,可以用作临床参考借鉴。
Objective To analyze the predictive value of serum creatinine/serum cystatin(SI)for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with sarcopenia in the elderly.Methods 100 COPD patients admitted to Yixing People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,50 COPD patients with sarcopenia as the observation group,and 50 COPD patients without sarcopenia as the control group.Compared two groups of serum creatinine,serum cystatin,and SI,analyzed the predictive effect of SI on sarcopenia in elderly COPD patients.Results The levels of serum creatinine(0.95±0.26)mg/dl,serum cystatin(1.31±0.36)mg/L,and SI(77.21±18.14)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.783,3.324,7.129,P<0.05).SI diagnosis(AUC=0.889,P<0.05),sensitivity 0.895,specificity 0.934.Conclusion Serum creatinine/serum cystatin has high sensitivity and specificity in predicting sarcopenia in elderly COPD patients,and can be used as a clinical reference for reference.
