摘要
目的分析蓝光照射仪联合益生菌对新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法方便选取2022年1—12月广东省雷州市人民医院收治的黄疸新生儿总共72例,经随机数表法分为两组,各36例。对照组通过蓝光照射仪开展治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以益生菌治疗。对比两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组经皮胆红素、总胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD8^(+)为(25.74±1.50)%低于对照组(38.52±1.45)%,差异有统计学意义(t=36.755,P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝光照射仪加益生菌对新生儿黄疸疗效理想,能降低胆红素水平,改善免疫功能,且不良反应较少,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of blue light irradiator plus probiotics in neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 72 newborns with jaundice admitted to the People′s Hospital of Leizhou City,Guangdong Province from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases each.The control group received treatment with a blue light irradiator,while the observation group received probiotic treatment on the basis of the control group.Observed and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of transcutaneous bilirubin and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD8^(+)in the observation group was(25.74±1.50)%lower than that in the control group(38.52±1.45)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=36.755,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Blue light irradiator plus probiotics has ideal efficacy in neonatal jaundice,can reduce bilirubin level and improve immune function,and has less adverse effects and high safety.
