摘要
目的分析类风湿性关节炎患者应用来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的效果,并观察对患者类风湿因子的影响。方法方便选择2020年1月—2022年6月期间在三明市第一医院进行药物治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者215例为研究对象,借助随机抽签方式将其分为参照组与观察组,参照组(107例)应用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组(108例)应用来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、疼痛感知、生活质量、不良反应发生率、类风湿因子水平、血沉指标。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分明显低于参照组,生活质量评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者类风湿性因子水平为(122.46±5.78)IU/mL,血沉指标为(17.01±2.96)mm/h,均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=35.279、16.646,P<0.05)。结论来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的临床效果显著,可改善患者生活质量、类风湿因子水平以及血沉指标,降低患者疼痛程度,有助于促进患者康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and observe the effect on rheumatoid factor.Methods 215 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who received drug treatment in Sanming First Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into a reference group and an observation group by random drawing.There were 107 patients in the reference group who were treated with methotrexate.108 patients in the observation group were treated with leflunomide combined with methotrexate.The clinical treatment effects,pain perception,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions,rheumatoid factor levels,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate indicators were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical treatment effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rheumatoid factor level of the patients in the observation group was(122.46±5.78)IU/mL,and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate index was(17.01±2.96)mm/h,the data were significantly lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=35.279,16.646,P<0.05).Conclusion Leflunomide combined with methotrexate has significant clinical effects in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.It can improve patients′quality of life,rheumatoid factor levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate indicators,reduce patients′pain levels and promote patient recovery.
