摘要
目的分析阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜和传统开腹手术治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年6月—2022年6月厦门市海沧医院收治的80例阑尾炎患者的临床资料,根据手术方案不同进行分组,研究组40例接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组40例接受传统开腹手术治疗。比较两组围术期指标、临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况、患者生活质量。结果研究组患者首次下床、术后排气、恢复普食及住院时间均短于对照组,术间出血量少于对照组,而手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量评分较治疗前有所提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者采用手术治疗可以获得较为理想的效果,与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术治疗的首次下床、术后排气、恢复普食及住院时间更短,术间出血量更少,治疗总有效率更高,并发症率发生率更低,但手术时间相对较长。
Objective To analyse the curative effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery on patients with appendicitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical datas of 80 patients with appendicitis treated in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into groups according to different surgical plans.40 patients in the study group received laparoscopic surgery,and 40 patients in the control group received traditional open surgery.Perioperative indexes,clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the study group got out of bed for the first time,postoperative exhaust gas,normal diet and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the study group(2.50%)were lower than those in the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment for patients with appendicitis can obtain relatively ideal results.Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery has shorter duration of first getting out of bed,postoperative exhaust gas,recovery of general diet and hospitalization,less intraoperative blood loss,higher total treatment efficiency and lower complication rate,but relatively longer operation time.
