神经根型颈椎病是骨伤科常见的疾病之一,临床上常见的症状为颈肩背部肌肉紧张伴疼痛,也可伴有肢体麻木等。苏国宏主任认为,神经根型颈椎病的发病不仅是外邪侵袭,更与机体内在有关,治疗时应注重气血方面,并提出了以气血学说为基础论治神经根型颈椎病的独特见解,临床疗效确切,可为神经根型颈椎病的治疗提供新的思路。该文具体从神经根型颈椎病的病因病机、取穴经验及刺法、治神与调气等方面全面介绍导师针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的经验。
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is one of the common diseases in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology.The common clinical symptoms are neck,shoulder and back muscle tension with pain,and may also be accompanied by limb numbness.Director SU Guohong believes that the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is not only the invasion of exogenous pathogens,but also related to the internal body.During treatment,attention should be paid to the aspect of Qi and blood,and he proposed a unique method of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the theory of Qi and blood.Insights,definite clinical efficacy,can provide new ideas for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.This article specifically introduces the instructor’s experience in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with acupuncture and moxibustion in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,experience in selecting acupoints,needling methods,healing the mind and regulating qi.
