摘要
冠状动脉狭窄与心肌缺血程度密切相关,很多胸痛患者去做冠脉造影检查时并未发现明显的冠状动脉狭窄,这些患者中有相当一部分存在冠状动脉微循环障碍(Coronary microvascular dysfunction,CMD)。CMD作为心肌缺血的另一重要机制,与心血管不良事件的预后密切相关,由于检查手段的局限性,该病在临床上具有知晓率低,诊治困难等特点。文章对冠状动脉微循环障碍的发病机制及中西医治疗现状进行综述,为冠状动脉微血管疾病的临床诊治提供参考。
Coronary artery stenosis is closely related to the degree of myocardial ischemia.Many patients with chest pain did not find obvious coronary artery stenosis when they underwent coronary angiography.A considerable number of these patients had coronary micro-vascular dysfunction(CMD).As another important mechanism of myocardial ischemia,CMD is closely related to the prognosis of cardiovascular adverse events.Due to the limitation of examination methods,the disease has the characteristics of low awareness rate and difficult diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.This article will review the pathogenesis of coronary micro-circulation disorder and the current status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary micro-vascular disease.
