摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称“慢阻肺”)是一种以进行性发展、不可逆的气流受限为特征的疾病,肺功能的不断下降不仅降低了患者的劳动能力和社会参与能力,影响患者的生活质量,还给患者及其家庭带来了巨大的经济、心理负担。而对慢阻肺稳定期患者的合理干预能够减少疾病急性发作次数,减缓疾病进程,因此加强对慢阻肺稳定期的干预与管理具有重要意义。但无论是医疗机构还是养老机构,都无法单独满足医疗照护及康复需求。因此想要同时为慢阻肺患者提供防治、护理、康复、养生服务就需要将“医”与“养”结合起来。此外,中医药在缓解慢阻肺症状、改善肺功能等方面发挥了重要作用。文章借鉴各地医养结合模式,结合慢阻肺患者的医疗康复需求及中医药防治慢阻肺的优势,探讨适合慢阻肺患者的医养结合中医康复模式。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a disease characterized by progressive development.The continuous de⁃cline of lung function not only reduces the patients’labor ability and social participation ability,affects the quality of life,but also brings huge economic and psychological burden to the patients and their families.However,reasonable intervention in the stability pe⁃riod of COPD patients can reduce the number of acute attacks and slow down the disease process,so it is important to strengthen the intervention and management of COPD stabilization period.However,neither medical institutions nor pension institutions can afford the needs of medical care and rehabilitation alone.Therefore,in order to provide prevention,nursing,rehabilitation and health ser⁃vices for COPD patients at the same time,we need to combine“medical care”with“nursing care”.In addition,TCM has played an im⁃portant role in alleviating obstructive pulmonary symptoms and improving lung function.This paper drew on the local combination mode of medical and nursing care,combined the medical rehabilitation needs of COPD patients and the advantages of TCM prevention and treatment,and discussed the combined medical and nursing care rehabilitation mode suitable for COPD patients.
