摘要
目的:分析神经根型颈椎病颈椎融合术后患者应用超短波理疗配合颈部静力性运动对轴性症状、颈椎活动度及椎前软组织肿胀情况的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的90例神经根型颈椎病颈椎融合术后患者为研究对象,随机分组。对照组45例给予术后颈部静力性运动,研究组45例在此基础上增加超短波理疗。5 d后,采用日本庆应大学整形外科的轴性症状评分评估两组患者轴性症状,采用专用量角器测量两组患者颈椎活动度,采用颈椎侧位电子计算机断层扫描仪(Computerized tomography scanner,CT)检查两组患者椎前软组织肿胀情况。结果:研究组患者肩痛、肩部僵硬、疼痛、颈后僵硬分值均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者C2椎前软组织厚度、C3椎前软组织厚度、C4椎前软组织厚度、C5椎前软组织厚度、C6椎前软组织厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者左侧侧屈活动度、右侧侧屈活动度、前屈活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波理疗配合颈部静力性运动能够减轻神经根型颈椎病颈椎融合术后患者轴性症状,改善颈椎活动度及椎前软组织肿胀情况,在临床中有一定推广应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effects of ultrashort wave physiotherapy combined with static neck movement on axial symptoms,cervical motion and prevertebral soft tissue swelling in patients with cervical fusion of radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with radiculotic cervical spondylosis after cervical fusion admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly assigned.45 patients in the control group received static neck movement after surgery,and ultrashort wave physiotherapy was added to 45 patients in the study group.Five days later,axial symptom score from Keio University orthopedic Surgery was used to evaluate axial symptoms of the two groups.Cervical motion was measured using a special protractor and a lateral cervical vertebra Computerized scanner.CT)to examine the prevertebral soft tissue swelling in both groups.Results:The scores of shoulder pain,shoulder stiffness,pain and posterior neck stiffness in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The C2 prevertebral soft tissue thickness,C3 prevertebral soft tissue thickness,C4 prevertebral soft tissue thickness,C5 prevertebral soft tissue thickness and C6 prevertebral soft tissue thickness in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The left lateral flexor,right lateral flexor and forward flexor in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrashort wave physiotherapy combined with static neck movement can reduce axial symptoms of patients with radicular cervical spondylosis after cervical fusion,improve cervical motion and prevertebral soft tissue swelling,which has a certain clinical application value.
