生物反馈电刺激联合悬吊训练对产后盆底松弛综合征患者盆底肌力、阴道收缩功能及血清松弛素H2水平的影响

摘要 目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激联合悬吊训练对产后盆底松弛综合征患者盆底肌力、阴道收缩功能及血清松弛素H2水平的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年6月期间我科收治的83例产后盆底松弛综合征患者作为研究对象,按便利抽样法分为悬吊组(n=41)和电刺激组(n=42)。悬吊组采用悬吊训练,电刺激组在悬吊组基础上增加生物反馈电刺激,对比两组患者盆底肌力、阴道收缩功能以及激素水平。结果:干预4 w后,电刺激组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力、阴道收缩肌电值、动态压力、收缩持续时间、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平、盆腔器官脱垂-尿失禁性生活量表(Pelvic organ prolapse-urinary incontinence sex scale,PISQ-12)评分明显高于悬吊组(P<0.05);电刺激组血清松弛素H2、松弛素受体(Relaxin receptor,LGR7)mRNA水平明显低于悬吊组。结论:在产后盆底松弛综合征患者中,联合应用生物反馈电刺激联合悬吊训练治疗有助于调节患者激素水平,提升盆底肌肉肌力,增强阴道收缩功能,提高性生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with suspension training on pelvic floor muscle strength,vaginal systolic function and serum relaxin H2 level in postpartum patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.Methods:A total of 83 patients with postpartum pelvic floor relaxation syndrome admitted to our department from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into suspension group(n=41)and electrical stimulation group(n=42)according to convenient sampling method.The suspension group received suspension training,and the electrical stimulation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the suspension group.The pelvic floor muscle strength,vaginal systolic function and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the muscle strength,electric value of vaginal contractile muscle,dynamic pressure,contractile duration,Estradiol,estradiol,estradiol,estradiol,estradiol,E2)level,the Pelvic organ prolapse-urinary incontinence sex scale(PISQ-12)score was significantly higher than that of suspension group(P<0.05);Serum Relaxin H2 and Relaxin receptor(LGR7)mRNA levels in electrical stimulation group were significantly lower than those in suspension group.Conclusion:In postpartum patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome,the combined application of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with suspension training can help to regulate the hormone level of patients,improve the strength of pelvic floor muscles,enhance the function of vaginal contraction,and improve the quality of sexual life.
