摘要
当前,喷漆产品的储存运输阶段、安装调试阶段和使用维护阶段容易出现喷漆面划伤、磕伤、磨损严重的情况,其外观质量提升要求极为紧迫。文章针对耐磨涂层在电子设备结构表面防护中的应用进行研究,确定喷漆技术标准,优化工艺参数,按照喷漆工艺规范制作桔纹漆膜样件,进行耐磨性能和防湿热、防盐雾、防霉菌(“三防”)性能试验,确保桔纹漆膜工艺参数满足喷漆产品性能方面的各项要求,形成稳定、有效的工艺方案,以期能够在一定程度上提升产品的外观质量。
At present,the appearance quality improvement requirements of painting products are urgent,and it is easy to cause scratches,bruises and serious wear on the painting surface in the product storage and transportation stage,installation and debugging stage and use and maintenance stage.This paper studeis the application of wear-resistant coating in the structura l surface protection of electronic equipment,determines the technical standards of spray painting,optimizes the process parameters,manufactures the sample of orange paint film according to the process specifications,conducts the wear resistance and three protection performance tests to ensure that the process parameetrs of orange paint film meet the requirements of spray paintign product performance,and forms a stable and effective process plan.In order to improve the appearance quality of the product to a certain extent.
