摘要
辐照加工过程中,辐射场均匀度良好的辐照装置,能取得更好的产品加工效果。钴源源棒的排列方式决定着辐照场的辐射均匀度,是一项重要的研究内容。为提高辐照装置在辐照加工过程中的照射效率,将遗传算法应用于辐照装置中钴源源棒排列问题。对钴源源架进行数学建模,以辐照面上照射量率的不均匀度作为评价指标,利用遗传算法对钴源源棒排列布局进行优化,并着重设计了遗传算法变异操作算子。实验结果表明,该源棒排列方法与传统的经验排列和基于贪心算法的排列方法相比,能够有效提高辐照面上的照射量率均匀度,且兼具随机性和灵活性的计算优势。
In the process of irradiation processing,the irradiation device with good uniformity of radiation field can achieve better product processing effect.The arrangement of cobalt source rods determines the radiation uniformity of the radiation field,which is an important research content.In order to improve the irradiation efficiency of the irradiation device in the process of irradia-tion processing,genetic algorithm is applied to the problem of cobalt source bar arrangement in the irradiation device.In this paper,the mathematical model of cobalt source frame is established,and the non-uniformity of radiation rate on the irradiation surface is taken as the evaluation index.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the arrangement of cobalt source rod,and the mutation oper-ator of genetic algorithm is designed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the uniformity of radiation rate on the irradiation surface,and has the advantages of randomness and flexibility.
