基于熵权-云模型的机场刚性跑道维护状况评价

摘要 为实现机场刚性跑道日常维护管理工作的有效、科学运行,针对如何全面系统地评价机场刚性跑道维护状况的难题,论文引入熵权理论,将机场刚性跑道维护状况的评价通过任务分解法拆分为道面使用性能、跑道目视助航建设、跑道空域管理、跑道特情处置能力四方面,设计科学完整的维护状况综合评价指标体系,并基于云模型构建了机场刚性跑道维护状况评价模型。实证分析表明该方法能有效识别总结日常维护管理工作中存在的短板与不足,为下一步调整刚性跑道维护方向、提高综合保障和运营能力的建设提供指导性意见。 In order to realize the effective and scientific operation of airport rigid runway daily maintenance management and to solve the problem of how to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the maintenance status of airport rigid runways,this pa-per introduces the theory of entropy weight,and divides the evaluation of the maintenance status of the airport rigid runway into four aspects,which are pavement performance,runway visual aid construction,runway airspace management,and runway special situa-tion handling ability through the task decomposition method,and designs a scientific and complete maintenance status comprehen-sive evaluation index system.The evaluation index system is based on the cloud model,and the evaluation model of rigid runway maintenance condition is constructed.The empirical analysis shows that this method can effectively identify and summarize the short-comings and deficiencies in daily maintenance management,and provide guidance for adjusting the direction of rigid runway mainte-nance and improving the comprehensive guarantee and operation capacity.
