中外高等医学教育数字化研究现状及发展趋势——基于知识图谱的可视化对比分析

摘要 以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库高等医学教育数字化相关文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace、VOSViewer对中外高等医学教育数字化研究发文量、研究机构及作者、关键词共现与聚类进行系统性可视化对比分析。研究发现,国内发文起始年份较国外早,但国外发文数量远超国内。国内研究数量整体较稳定,但国外近年波动较大,研究数量均呈上升趋势;国内研究机构均以高校为主,但国内研究机构合作程度远低于国外,且国内外均尚未形成核心作者群;国内研究热点关注宏观主题,国外更多关注中观和微观热点研究。未来国内高等医学教育数字化研究应顺应时代趋势,依靠国内国际双循环推动中国高等医学教育数字化研究,在过程中增加跨单位、跨机构、跨学科合作以驱动发展,并率先注重临床教师转型,作为拉动中国特色高等医学教育数字化转型的关键支撑。 Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science databases as research objects,a systematic and visualizable comparative analysis was conducted using CiteSpace and VOSViewer on the number of publications,research institutions and authors,keyword co-occurrence,and clustering of digital research in higher medical education globally.The research suggests that the starting year of domestic publications is earlier than that of foreign publications,but the number of foreign publications far exceeds that of domestic publications.The overall number of domestic research is relatively stable,but there have been significant fluctuations in recent years abroad,with the number of research showing an upward trend;domestic research institutions are mainly universities,but the degree of cooperation between domestic research institutions is much lower than that of foreign institutions,and there has not yet been a core author group worldwide;domestic research focuses on macroscopic,while foreign countries pay more attention to intermediate perspectives and microscopic topics.In the future,the digital research of medical education in China should follow the trend of the times,relying on the domestic and international double cycle to promote the digital research of medical education in China.During this process,the cross organizations,cross institutions and cross-disciplines cooperation should be increased in order to pursue the driven-development and the transformation of clinical teachers should be put in priority as a key support to promote the digital transformation of medical education with Chinese characteristics.
