摘要
为了解饲料中添加蚕豆对吉富罗非鱼生长性能的影响,共设置2个试验组(ND和VFSD70组),ND组投喂正常罗非鱼饲料,VFSD70组投喂含70%蚕豆添加量的饲料;采用质构测试,开展对吉富罗非鱼肌肉品质的影响试验,为期60 d。结果表明,在吉富罗非鱼成长初期,投喂70%蚕豆添加量的饲料,对吉富罗非鱼生长性能与成活率均无影响,且从15 d起,对其肌肉品质产生影响,使其硬度增加,弹性降低。
In order to understand the effect of adding broad bean to the feed on the growth performance of GIFT tilapia,two experimental groups(ND and VFSD70 groups)were set up.The ND group was fed with normal tilapia feed,and the VFSD70 group was fed with 70%broad bean.The changes of Muscle quality of GIFT tilapia were detected by texture test,and the test period was 60 days.The results showed that feeding 70%broad beans at the early stage of tilapia growth had no effect on the growth performance and survival rate of GIFT tilapia,and the muscle quality could be affected from 15 days,so that the hardness increased and the elasticity decreased.
