紫叶稠李扦插繁育研究

摘要 为掌握紫叶稠李(Prunus virginiana)最佳的扦插繁殖方式,本文以紫叶稠李枝条为试验材料,采用吲哚丁酸(IBA)、双吉尔(GGR)和萘乙酸(NAA)3种生长调节剂,草炭土+珍珠岩、河沙、河沙+蛭石3种基质,3种插穗类型上部茎段、中部茎段、下部茎段等处理,开展3因素3水平正交试验,扦插40 d后,调查插穗生根率、不定根长度、不定根数量,运用隶属函数法进行优选。结果表明:不同处理组合的紫叶稠李扦插后各指标的平均隶属函数最高的组合是A_(1)B_(2)C_(2),平均隶属函数值为0.99,即紫叶稠李中部茎段插穗经过300 mg·L^(-1)IBA生长调节剂浸泡后扦插于河沙基质,生根率可达75%。 In order to master the best cuttage breeding method of Prunus virginiana,taking the cuttings of Prunus virginiana as experimental materials,the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was carried out with three growth regulators of indolebutyric acid(IBA),double gir(GGR)and naphthoacetic acid(NAA),three substrates of grassy soil+perlite,river sand,river sand+vermiculite,and three cuttings of upper stem segment,middle stem segment and lower stem segment.After 40 days of cutting,the rooting rate,adventitious root length and adventitious root number of cuttings were investigated,and the membership function method was used for optimization.The results showed that the average membership function of each index after cutting of different combinations of Prunus virginiana was sorted as follows:the optimal combination was A_(1)B_(2)C_(2),and the average subordinate function value was 0.99,that was the rooting rate could reach 75%with the cuttings of the middle stem segment of Prunus virginiana soaked in 300 mg·L^(-1)IBA growth regulator.
