摘要
应用顶空静态加热萃取技术分离提取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-GC-MS)和超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(LC-MS)法对结血蒿中的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结合裂解方式、前体和碎片离子、标准品质谱碎片离子信息、相关文献及在线数据库,共鉴定出124种化学成分,包括62种挥发性成分和62种非挥发性成分。该分析结果可以为进一步研究结血蒿的药效成分及制定质量标准提供理论依据,对于结血蒿的质量控制和临床使用具有重要意义。
Head-space injection technology combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS)and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole electrostatic field orbital trap high-resolution mass spectrometry(LC-MS)were used to analyze and identify the chemical components in Artemisia Scabra.In combination with pyrolysis mode,precursor and fragment ions,fragment ion information of standard mass spectrometry,relevant literature,and online database,124 chemical components were identified,including 62 volatile components and 62 non-volatile components.The analysis results could provide a theoretical basis for further research on the pharmacological substance in Artemisia Scabra and the formulation of quality standards,which was of great significance for the quality control and clinical use of Artemisia Scabra.
