摘要
架桥机作为桥梁建设的关键性特种设备,在高速铁路和公路施工中占有重要的地位,影响着整个施工进度和施工质量,出现安全事故将会造成重大的伤害和损失。文中通过现状分析架桥机在设计制造、使用管理及安装修理环节发生事故的风险点,从设备本质安全的角度出发,提出对架桥机实时监管、全过程跟踪,改进设计,安全评估、开发设计安全监控管理系统等防范思路。从检验检测的角度,把关资料审核,检验手段前置,优化检验程序,推广使用高效便捷仪器设备,增加检验技术手段,强化监督检验过程,既能克服检验工作本身的风险,又能防范架桥机全过程可能出现风险因素,避免事故的发生,为经济建设保驾护航。
As the key special equipment in bridge construction,bridge girder erection machine plays an important role in the construction of high-speed railway and highway,which affects the progress and quality of the whole construction,because once a safety accident occurs,it will cause significant damage and loss.In this paper,through the analysis of the risk points of possible accidents in the design,manufacture,application,management,installation and repair of the bridge girder erection machine,from the perspective of equipment intrinsic safety,the ideas of real-time supervision,whole process tracking,design improvement,safety assessment and development of safety monitoring and management system for the bridge girder erection machine are put forward.From the point of view of inspection,data review,pre-inspection means,optimization of inspection procedures,promotion of the use of efficient and convenient instruments and equipment,increase of inspection technical means,and strengthening of supervision and inspection process can not only overcome the risks during inspection,but also prevent the risk factors that may occur in the whole operation process of bridge girder erection machine,thus avoiding accidents and safeguarding the economic development.
