摘要
目的:探讨无纺布联合充气式升温机在老年患者术中保暖中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年5月于清远市清新区人民医院进行手术的老年患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为棉被组、加温毯组、无纺布组,各40例。棉被组以棉被联合充气式升温机保暖,加温毯组以加温毯联合充气式升温机保暖,无纺布组以无纺布联合充气式升温机保暖。比较三组保暖效果。结果:术后,无纺布组、加温毯组耳温高于棉被组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无纺布组、加温毯组位点1温度低于棉被组,位点2、位点3温度均高于棉被组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无纺布组、加温毯组局部温度过高发生率低于棉被组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组保暖费用比较,无纺布组<棉被组<加温毯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无纺布联合充气式升温机在老年患者术中保暖中的应用价值较高,与加温毯的保暖效果相近,且保暖费用较低。
Objective:To explore the application value of non-woven fabric combined with inflatable warming machine in warming elderly patients during operation.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients who underwent surgeries in Qingyuan City Qingxin District People's Hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into quilt group,warming blanket group and non-woven fabric group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The quilt group used quilt combined with inflatable warming machine for keeping warming,warming blanket group used warming blanket combined with inflatable warming machine for keeping warming,and non-woven fabric group used non-woven fabric combined with inflatable warming machine for keeping warming.The warming effects in three groups were compared.Results:After surgery,the ear temperature in the non-woven fabric group and the warming blanket group was higher than that in the quilt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature at site 1 in the non-woven fabric group and the warming blanket group was lower than that in the quilt group,the temperature at sites 2 and 3 in the non-woven fabric group and the warming blanket group was higher than that in the quilt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of local excessive temperature in the non-woven fabric group and the warming blanket group was lower than that in the quilt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost of keeping warm was ranked as follows:non-woven fabric group<quilt group<warming blanket group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-woven fabric combined with inflatable warming machine has high application value in warming elderly patients during operation,and achieves the same warming effect as the warming blanket group,with the lower cost of warming.
