摘要
为提高金相试样抛光的质量,本文设计和研究了金相试样自动抛光机的结构,确定了主要技术参数,并设计了抛光机的抛光主轴、传动装置和振动装置。此外,利用自动化技术设计了金相试样抛光机的自动化控制平台,实现了对上述装置进行全方位、多维度的自动控制。实验结果表明,使用该自动抛光机后,随着抛光压力的增加,金相试样材料去除率会增加,抛光效率显著提升。
In order to improve the quality of metallographic sample polishing,this paper designs and researches the structure of metallographic specimen automatic polishing machine,determined the main technical parameters and designed the polishing spindle,transmission device,and vibration device of the polishing machine.In addition,By utilizing automation technology,designed an automation control platform for the metallographic sample polishing machine,achieving comprehensive and multi-dimensional automatic control of the above devices.The experimental results show that with the increase of polishing pressure,the material removal rate of the metallographic sample also increases,and the polishing efficiency is significantly improved after using the automatic polishing machine.
