摘要
以地黄道地产区主栽品种星科、85-5、北京3号、金九、吨王5个地黄品种为试验材料,采用50%遮荫和隶属函数分析方法,研究了不同品种地黄的形态指标、物质积累分配指标以及生理指标在遮荫下的变化趋势,评价不同地黄品种的耐荫性强弱。结果表明:遮荫条件下5个品种地黄的叶长、叶宽、株高、冠幅、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性均较对照显著增大,根长、根直径、块根数、叶干重、根干重、根冠比、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量均较对照降低,但不同品种地黄处理较对照升高或降低的程度存在品种间差异。结论:5个地黄品种中星科的耐荫性最强,金九的耐荫性最弱,耐荫性由强到弱为星科>85-5>北京3号>吨王>金九。
Five varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa,including Xingke,85-5,Beijing No.3,Jinjiu and Dunwang,were used as test materials,the change trends of morphological indexes,material accumulation and distribution indexes and physiological indexes of different varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa under shading treatment were studied by using 50%shading and membership function analysis.Combined with the membership function analysis,the shade tolerance of different Rehmannia glutinosa varieties was obtained.The results showed that the leaf length,leaf width,plant height,crown width,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity of the five varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa under shading were significantly higher than those of the control,while the root length,root diameter,number of root tubers,leaf dry weight,root dry weight,root shoot ratio,soluble sugar content,free proline content and soluble protein content were lower than those of the control,However,there were differences in the increasing or decreasing ranges of different varieties compared with the control.In conclusion,Xingke has the strongest shading tolerance,Jinjiu the weakest shading tolerance,and the shading tolerance from strong to weak is Xingke>85-5>Beijing No.3>Dunwang>Jinjiu.
