改良剂对培养基理化性质及黑麦草生长特性的影响

Influence of Several Phosphogypsum Amendments on Physicochemical Properties of Substrates and Growth Characteristics of Lolium perenne L.

摘要 为探索培养基改良剂的特性及其对黑麦草生长特性的影响,本文首先以全磷石膏、全营养土和添加了改良剂的磷石膏(改良剂包括稻壳粉、玉米秸杆粉、油菜秸杆粉、煤渣、石英砂等)为基质种植黑麦草,观察其生长表现;然后用稻壳粉和煤渣分别以5种比例加入磷石膏(磷石膏:稻壳粉=20:1~60:1,磷石膏:煤渣=3:1~20:1)作为基质并以全营养土、全磷石膏为对照种植黑麦草,分析黑麦草的生长特性和基质的理化指标,评价改良效果。结果表明,添加改良剂后黑麦草的生长表现显著优于全磷石膏组;生长表现最好的两个组分别是磷石膏:稻壳粉(20:1)和磷石膏:稻壳粉(30:1);在一定范围内,稻壳粉添加越多越利于黑麦草生长,煤渣添加越多越不利于黑麦草生长;稻壳粉或煤渣可改善基质的pH、SMC和容重,且用量越大改善效果越明显。因此,稻壳粉是比较理想的磷石膏改良剂,基质的容重、毛管孔隙度及SMC可用于评价磷石膏改良剂的改良效果。 To explore the effects modifiers on mediums and growth of Lolium perenne L.At first,The growth characteristics of L.perenne L.seeds planted in green house on PG substrate or the PG substrateds amended with the rice husk powder(RH),the corn stover powder(CS),the rape stem powder(RS),the coal cinder(CC),and the arenaceous quartz(AQ),respectively,were observed.Then,L.perenne L.seeds were planted on the PG:RH substrates(w/w,20:1~60:1,5 series),the PG:CC substrateds(w/w,3:1~20:1,5 series),the PG substrate,and the nutrient soil substrate(NS),respectively.The growth characteristics and the physiological traits of L.perenne L.,the physicochemical properties,were studied.The results showed as follows:The growth characters of L.perenne L.planted on any amended PG substrates were significantly better than on the PG substrate.Results showed that the growth performance of L.perenne L.after adding modifier was significantly better than that of total phosphogypsum group;The two groups with the best growth performance were phosphogypsum:rice hull powder(20:1)and phosphogypsum:rice hull powder(30:1);In a certain range,the more rice husk powder was added,the better the growth of L.perenne L.was.The more cinder was added,the worse the growth of ryegrass was;Rice hull powder or coal cinder can improve the pH,SMC and bulk density of the substrate,and the greater the amount,the more obvious the improvement effect.It was believed that the RH is an ideal PG amendment,and that the BD,the SMC,and the capillary porosity of substrateds can be used to judge the effect of the PG amendments.
