摘要
目的了解宿迁市居民健康相关生命质量情况及其影响因素。方法2019—2020年,采用多阶段抽样方法,选取年龄18~80岁、居住时间≥6个月本地居民,采用欧洲五维度健康量表(EQ⁃5D⁃3L)评价健康相关生命质量,计算健康效用值,建立二分类logistic回归模型,分析生命质量的影响因素。结果纳入研究21893人,健康效用值高的占79.54%,平均为(0.94±0.13)。logistic回归分析结果显示,女性(OR=1.11)、年龄≥40岁(OR=1.35~2.19)、肥胖(OR=1.18)、农村(OR=1.16)、睡眠质量差(OR=2.29)、患有慢性病(OR=1.28)是健康效用值低的危险因素,文化程度较高(OR=0.56~0.81)是保护因素(P值均<0.05)。结论应加强对女性和老年人健康状况的关注,完善城乡医疗卫生服务体系,加强慢性病防治工作,提高居民的健康相关生命质量。
Objective To investigate the health⁃related quality of life and the associated factors among residents of Suqian City in Jiangsu Province.Methods From 2019 to 2020,the local residents aged 18⁃80 years and residing for more than 6 months were select⁃ed by multi⁃stage sampling method as subjects to conduct survey using EQ⁃5D⁃3L scale to measure the health⁃related quality of life of the subjects and calculate the health state utility values.The binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the health⁃related quality of life among residents and its associated factors.Results A total of 21893 subjects were included,among whom 79.54%of subjects had relatively high health state utility value;the average score of health state utility value was(0.94±0.13).The results of binary logistic regression showed that the risk factors for the decrease of residents′health⁃related quality of life were female(OR=1.11),age older than 40 years old(OR=1.35⁃2.19),obesity(OR=1.18),rural areas(OR=1.16),poor sleep quality(OR=2.29),and history of chronic diseases(OR=1.28)were risk factors for low health state utility value;while the relatively high educa⁃tional level(OR=0.56⁃0.81)was the a protective factor.Conclusions More attention should be strengthened to the population of women and the elderly;the urban and rural medical and health service system should be improved;the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases should be promoted,in order to increase the health⁃related quality of life of residents.
