摘要
目的:开发适用于护理本科生的思政素养量表,并检验其信效度。方法:按量表开发流程构建量表。对大庆市某医科大学全日制四年制654名在校护理本科生进行问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。结果:护理本科生思政素养量表包括37个条目,划分为思政理念、职业道德、人文关怀、科学创新思维和职业使命5个维度,累积方差贡献率为67.255%。验证性因子分析具有较好的拟合优度。总量表的内容效度为0.934,Cronbachsα系数为0.961,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.894~0.931,折半信度为0.837,重测信度为0.918。结论:本研究构建的护理本科生思政素养量表具有良好的信效度,适用于护理本科生思政素养的测评并辅助教师教学效果评价。
Objective:To develop a moral and political literacy scale suitable for nursing undergraduates and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was constructed following the scale development process.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 654 full-time four-year nursing undergraduates at a medical university in Daqing City,and the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.Results:The moral and political literacy scale for nursing undergraduates includes 37 items,divided into five dimensions:ideological concepts,professional ethics,humanistic care,scientific and innovative thinking,and professional mission.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.255%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit.The content validity of the overall scale was 0.934,Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.961,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.894 to 0.931.The split-half reliability was 0.837,and the test-retest reliability was 0.918.Conclusion:The moral and political literacy scale for nursing undergraduates developed in this study has good reliability and validity,making it suitable for assessing the moral and political literacy of nursing undergraduates and assisting teachers in evaluating teaching effectiveness.
