摘要
研究目的:现行土质隧道衬砌结构设计顶部垂直土压力通常按均布荷载考虑,而隧道拱顶至拱腰之间的角部土压力荷载对衬砌结构受力的影响鲜有研究。为研究拱顶至拱腰之间的角部土压力荷载对衬砌结构受力的影响,本文依托成都地铁13号线四川师大站—娇子立交站区间暗挖隧道,采用荷载-结构法就角部土压力荷载对衬砌结构受力的影响进行分析论证,以期为后续土质隧道衬砌结构设计提供有益帮助。研究结论:(1)考虑隧道拱顶至拱腰之间的角部土压力荷载时,衬砌结构内力极值及配筋量较垂直土压力均布荷载作用模式均增大,其中轴力较弯矩增幅更大;(2)随着围岩条件的提高和隧道埋深的增加,考虑角部土压力荷载作用下隧道衬砌结构内力极值及配筋量增幅均逐渐减小,因此当隧道围岩条件较差或隧道(超)浅埋时,衬砌结构设计应合理考虑角部土压力荷载的影响,以确保隧道的长期安全性;(3)本研究成果可为后续土质隧道衬砌结构设计提供有益借鉴和参考。
Research purposes:At present,the vertical earth pressure at the top of the lining structure is usually considered as the uniform load,but the influence of the earth pressure load at the corner between the arch and the waist of the tunnel on the lining structure is rarely studied.In order to study the influence of earth pressure load at corner between arch and arch waist on the stress of lining structure,this paper uses the load-structure method to analyze and demonstrate the influence of earth pressure load at corner on the stress of lining structure based on the tunneled section from Sichuan Shida Station to Jiaozi Interchange station of Chengdu Metro Line 13,in order to provide useful help for the subsequent design of soil tunnel lining structure.Research conclusions:(1)Considering the earth pressure load between the tunnel arch and the arch waist,the extreme internal force and reinforcement of the lining structure increase compared with the vertical earth pressure uniform load mode,and the axial force increases more than the bending moment.(2)With the improvement of surrounding rock conditions and the increase of tunnel burial depth,the extreme value of internal force of tunnel lining structure and the increase of reinforcement amount under the action of corner earth pressure load gradually decrease.Therefore,when the surrounding rock conditions of tunnel are poor or the tunnel is(over)shallow buried,the lining structure design should reasonably consider the influence of corner earth pressure load to ensure the long-term safety of tunnel.(3)The research results can provide useful reference for the subsequent design of soil tunnel lining structure.
